We pride ourselves on not only our customer service, but also speed of shipment to get your orders to you quickly, so we usually pack and dispatch them quickly.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible and you will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen before your order has been shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately we may not be able to cancel it. Not to worry however! You can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives. Simply send through an email to us and we can provide you with a Free Returns Label.
