Qomfort is based in Sydney, Australia, and to cut down on Shipping Times and Carbon Emissions, we send our clogs and footwear from all around the world, including Europe, Oceania/Asia, and the United States - so if one location is out of stock, we'll send your order from another warehouse to get it to you quickly! 

Qomfort pays for all the customs fees and clearance beforehand, so you won't have to pay or worry about any extra hidden fee's or costs. Our delivery speed worldwide is usually around 7 business days, but it can take up to 15 days in rare cases. We promise that it's worth the wait!
