Yes! We want you to love your Qomfort Footwear. We offer refunds on eligible items within 60 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. (Trying them on indoors is totally fine!)

At this time, we do not offer exchanges between different product categories (e.g., clogs for sandals).

To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and three clear photos of the item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
